Chocolate Chip Cookie

Been Searching For The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie? Look No Further…



2 3/4 Cups – All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp – Baking Soda
1 Tsp – Salt

1 Cup – Sugar
3/4 Cup – Brown Sugar
2 Sticks + 2 Tablespoons – Unsalted Butter

2 – Large Eggs
1 Tsp – Nielsen-Massey Vanilla(Best Vanilla Extract! Try it out!)

One package(12oz) – Semisweet Chocolate Chips


1. Place sugar, brown sugar and soft butter into your mixing bowl.  Cream(Mix) together until fully combined(1-2 minutes).
2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix together until fully combined(1-2 minutes)
3. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix together until fully combined(1-2 minutes).
4. Add semisweet chocolate chips and mix together by hand with a spatula.

Baking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spray cookie tray with oil.
3. Spoon out LARGE mounds of cookie dough.
4. Shape them to be HIGH(see picture).
5. Baking for 15-17 minutes.
6. Let cool and serve!

  1. I sometimes swap the amount of white sugar with the brown, so they become even softer and more chewy. I use the white sugar too, just make the brown my larger amount. I’ve done this on oatmeal cookies too. Will have to try this one. Uncle Jim will be thrilled to once again see cookies coming out of my kitchen
